BEATING PROCRASTINATION - Barriers & ways to overcome

PROCRASTINATION IS AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE - People know that its an emotion, it can be controlled and it can be nurtured and its normal.
BRAIN DUMP YOUR IDEAS - Put all the ideas down and make a list and then you will be able to focus and know that its most important.
COMFORT ZONE - We are adjusted to our life and we often times dont want to start something new, or adapt to changes easily. So when you need to add changes it becomes very hesitant so try to be open to challenges and changes.
EAT THAT FROG! - First focus on the task that is the biggest project or the task that is really bothering you the most. Sit down and analyze it and see if you can work on it and see realistic and get it done. You will feel amazing!
SET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS - It is imp to set up clear and realistic expectations when you are dealing with deadline or tackling a project. Dont just focus on getting things done in an estimated time or weeks because those can not take into account other unexpected tasks that can add on. Make sure to chalk out clear time and stick to it.
SET UP A WORKPLACE - The environment that we have when we work can make a lot of difference. You need to be able to focus and do things in a peaceful manner and a good workplace is the perfect solution. So if you work from home, or office space, the thing to keep in mind is you need to be able to focus and get your work done without external distractions.
YOUR HABITS, MAKE YOUR ROUTINE - Our daily lifestyle is affected by our habits, it takes about 30 days to become a routine, you need to do that regularly. You cant say you want to change your habits and not make any effort. This has to be a conscious effort to get things done.
SYSTEMATIC WAY OF WORKING - The moment you make things more systematic you will save time and get organized faster. I always see this happen, its always organizing our tasks that is a huge challenge but if you overcome that and do it more then you can achieve that as well.
