How to become an effective manager?

1) MOTIVATION LEADER
It's very important because it's the number one thing that motivates people to do more to work harder. When your manager takes the initiatives to help you and get things done and make sure to provide you support. A motivational leader helps getting things done. They are the ones who make things happen for you in a positive way. And they are there for you, no matter what.
2) SETTING CLEAR EXPECTATION
For your team is the second most important aspect because you will then be able to have clarity as a team, you know, exactly what you need to be doing. And people be able to work more productively. Take feedback from the team. That's very important because you are now giving information to the team that they're important.
3)CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK
Their views are very critical and that you trust what they have to say and you believe in them and it's also giving them an opportunity to express their concerns. And it makes them feel that they can trust you more respect you more. So feedback has to be a two-way conversation. That is actually the most effective way to become a very good leader.
4) CRISIS MANAGEMENT
It's very important as a manager to de-escalate a situation, which is going out of hand. There's conflict. There's reaction, people are not happy with each other. They are fighting about some issue and the team is disengaged. The escalating situation is the critical key. An effective manager will try to understand, every person’s point of view on the situation. Making sure to take an action plan and informing the very clearly.

5) TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY
You need to make sure that they know what they're doing and they're able to deliver on their projects and timelines and deadlines. So make sure to be very clear with your expectations. Making sure to tell them exactly why they were at fault. It would be a great way to help them and support them, then in the future they become more careful and feel that manager will be there to support them.
